Wall art for your home and office can come printed on a variety of materials and finished in many different ways. Some of the most common methods include the traditional framed glass or the more modern wrapped canvas.
At Elementem Photography, we have a more unique approach to how we finish many of our photography prints. Many of our products are digitally printed on high-quality vinyl. We then laminate each piece and mount them onto MDF fiberboard. We choose this method of printing for a number of different reasons.
Cleaning Your Photography Prints
Laminating our products makes them very easy to clean and makes it much easier for the print to be protected from dust, moisture, or other elements. To care for your print, you can simply wipe down the surface occasionally with a dry cloth.
Durability of Your Photography Prints
Photo prints on wood provide a level of durability that is not matched in many other art printing and finishing methods. Mounting the print directly onto MDF fiberboard gives it an extra layer of strength and protection. Your print can be moved around with more ease and less concern than traditional wall art.
Vibrancy of the Photo Print
We choose vinyl as our printing material because it gives the photography prints a distinct vibrancy in their depth and color. With this digital printing method, the inks are fused with the vinyl, giving them a much more lasting look and protecting them from exposure to light. Your print will look bright and vibrant for years to come.
We know that our methods set us apart from many other vendors in the wall art and home décor industry. However, we have confidence that our products will last with you, through the years, through the moves and through the wear and tear of life.
