So now that Fall is here (although it has been really warm lately, and we aren't complaining!), the team at Elementem thought you might want to know about some Fall-themed activities for the weekend.
The Queen's County Farm offers apple picking, a pumpkin patch, apple cider and cider donuts daily to its visitors. This place also has a huge corn maze, like, ridiculously large for the city! On Saturday, the maze is open later than usual, until 9:00pm. If you want to get lost and scared in the dark, we recommend it!
Do you guys like hot and spicy food? We certainly do, and we know the Chile Pepper festival at Brooklyn Botanic Garden will be so satisfying and a crowd-pleaser for anyone daring enough to eat these hot peppers. It is pretty affordable, and starts at 11 on Saturday, click the link above for more information!
The best thing about New York City is that there is no shortage of festivals to attend. This weekend on Saturday, Randall's Island is holding their Fall Festival at their urban farm. Featuring pumpkin hunts, arts and crafts, face painting and a apple cider press demonstration, this festival is appropriate for all ages.
Hope you guys have a great weekend!
