How to Hang Your 3 + 4 Panel Prints

3 Panel + 4 Panel Hanging Instructions

Triptychs can be hung in two ways

A. With our included hangers and screws (this is the most secure way, because metal is really strong)

B. With Super Command Adhesives by 3M (which are super easy, and don't require any tools, and are also secure, just not made of metal)

A. How to Hang with Wall Hangers (Included)

    1. Measure (5 minutes) - Measure the width of one of the panels you'd like to hang. Measure the distance from the left of the print to the left groove, the width of the groove, the distance from the left of the print to the right groove, and the width of the right groove. Label these A, B, C, and D.

    2. Draw (2 minutes) - Decide where you want the prints to go. Using a level, draw a line on the wall that measures the width of your prints, plus an extra inch for the space between prints.

    3. Mark (3 min) - Using the previous measurements, mark on the line where each groove will go. Each groove should start around 3-4 inches from the end of each line

    4. Hang (3 min) - Screw in the wall hangers in the center of each groove marking.

    5. Hang your art!

B.  How to Hang Your Triptych with Command Adhesives (Not Included, but available for purchase)

  1. Purchase Command Adhesives by 3M from us here or your local Hardware Store, Amazon, etc.
  2. Measure your print lengthwise to find the halfway point.
  3. Next, figure out where you want your art on the wall. Mark the wall at the halfway point.
  4. Draw a line, or mark with painters tape, where you’ll be hanging the print.
  5. Use nails or screws on either side of the halfway point.
  6. Hang your art!
